The Bovis Scale

The Bovis scale developed by A. Bovis, a French radiethesist, quantifies or measures the positive and negative charge of a substance.  For living organisms, the key reference point on the scale is found at 6,500 Bovis.  From 0 to 6,500 the charge is in the NEGATIVE range while above 6,500 point the energy gradually becomes the more POSITIVE, life enhancing.

How much water should you drink?

There is much written on this topic and according to the majority of the health gurus, you should drink at least ½ oz of clean fresh water for each pound of body weight.  Say you weigh 145 lbs, that means you need to drink 72 ounces of water a day.  That is 9 8oz glasses of water, in addition to any tea or coffee that you drink.
