Helmut Ziehe, Dipl.Ing. architect, and founder of the International Institute for Bau-biologie® and Ecology has been working in this field for over 25 years. First as a student in Germany, then later translating the course about bau-biologie (which roughly translates to building biology or healthy buildings) from German to English and established the Institute in Clearwater Fl which disseminated information on this subject through seminars and courses. Although he no longer has an active role in the management of the Institute he does remain on the Board of Directors.
When Bill Wernet (Founder) came to Florida to retire he found himself starting a new business, Sante Pampered Health, LLC. Together with friends and through a variety of means he came to re-discover the process of transferring energy from a "source" that is highly energized by the earth's natural energy to other sources through water.
