SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Thursday 9 AM-noon. Shipping charges are calculated in real time. We reserve the right to deny shipment of products without providing a reason. We are not responsible for shipping damages and lost goods.
EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Exchanges: If the product you have received is not the right model, or if you would like to exchange your product to a different model, you may certainly do so. Simply send back the product and let us know what you would like to do. Please note that a new Shipping Fee is generated for each exchange package in addition to any applicable price differences. All Santé Products must be returned via UPS United Parcel Service.
Returns: If you would like to return your product for refund, and your product is covered by a money-back guarantee, please return the product within the given timeframe, along with a note stating that you wish to return the product. All items returned must be in new condition, with all original packaging. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. Used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. Shipping costs and 15% non-refundable credit card and handling charges are deducted from the credit amount. All Santé Products must be returned via UPS United Parcel Service.
ORDER PLACEMENT
Orders received after business hours and on weekends will ship the next available shipment cycle. Orders cancelled by the customer after the credit card has been processed will be charged a 5% fee to cover associated non-refundable merchant fees. Should a customer refuse a delivery as an attempt to cancel an order or decide to return an order that has been processed and shipped, the customer still assumes full return liability and costs of 10% (this includes all applicable return freight charges, as well as restocking fees in addition to the 5% merchant fees stated above).
BACK ORDERS
Items on back order will be shipped separately. Should products be on back order for more than 5 days we will notify you by email.
PAYMENT
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted, as well as cashier's checks and money orders. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Santé Pampered Health LLC.
IMPORT
Please know your country's import policy. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, duties, etc.
UNDER AGE
If you are under 18 years of age and wish to purchase products, please have your parents or guardians do so. Any purchase or attempted purchase by someone under 18 years of age will be considered fraudulent and we will not be held liable.
